Pulled Pork with Honey-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder, divided
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder, divided
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
- 1 ¼ teaspoons salt, divided
- 1 can tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tablespoons honey, divided
- 2kg pork (for all meal plan recipes)
Instructions:
- Combine 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and salt in small bowl. Rub pork with chili powder mixture. Place pork in Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker.
- Combine tomato sauce, water, 2 tablespoons honey, remaining ½ teaspoons chili powder, ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon salt in large bowl.
- Pour tomato mixture over pork in express pressure cooker; turn to coat. Press MEAT/STEW, set pressure to HIGH and time to 70 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
- Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes. Release remaining pressure. Remove pork to large bowl. Press BROWN/SAUTÉ. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH 5 to 10 minutes or until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon honey.
- Remove bone from pork and discard. Shred pork using two forks. Add 3/4 cup sauce to pork; toss to coat. Serve with remaining sauce.
