Ingredients:

  • 700 grams pork tenderloin
  • 9g brown sugar or sweetener
  • 5g chili powder
  • 5g smoked paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250ml Chicken broth
  • 250ml BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  • Rub the spices into the pork.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the Crockpot™.
  • Place the tenderloin over the broth.
  • Cook for 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.
  • Open the pot and shred the meat using 2 forks.
  • Pour in the BBQ sauce and stir.
  • Serve the pulled pork on rolls or buns.
