Ingredients:
- 1200 ml milk
- 350 ml fresh cream
- 396 grams, or 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
- 32 grams cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 294 grams nutella
- To garnish: Whipped cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallows (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all your ingredients in your slow cooker and whisk together. Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream, marshmallows and/or chocolate syrup.
