Ingredients:
- Leftover beef brisket
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 small onion, sliced (optional, for garnish)
- Pickles, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl combine the BBQ sauce, beef stock and leftover beef brisket.
- Cook this in your Crockpot™ slow-cooker on LOW for 30 minutes.
- Assemble your buns with additional BBQ sauce, sliced onions, and sliced pickles. Serve warm.
