Hot Chocolate
An easy recipe for a delicious homemade hot chocolate. Just a handful of ingredients and you’re ready to enjoy on a cold day!

Ingredients:
- 5 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 cups dark chocolate, chopped
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips (about ½ cup)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add milk, heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder to your Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
- Whisk together until all ingredients are combined.
- Add dark chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until desired consistency is reached. Whisk every 1 to 2 hours to ensure chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Once finished, whisk in vanilla extract, serve, and enjoy!
