Ingredients:
- 1.6 kgs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, each cut in half
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into ¼-inch thick slices
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into ¼-inch thick slices
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced sliced
- 830ml plum tomatoes, drained
- 60ml chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon ground fennel seed
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 strips orange peel
Instructions:
- Combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, broth, garlic, salt, thyme, fennel seed, and orange peel in Crockpot® slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours.
- Sprinkle with basil and serve fresh.
