Ingredients:
- 700g boiling water
- 2 tablespoons chai tea leaves
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 4 star anise
- 110g honey
- 1 litre whole milk
- whipped cream (for serving)
- cinnamon (for serving)
Instructions:
- Add the boiling water and the chai tea leaves to the Crock-Pot and cook on high for 15 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, allspice, cloves, anise, honey and milk.
- Stir to combine, cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Strain and serve with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
