Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups uncooked quinoa
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups water
  • Fresh raspberries and banana slices
  • Milk (optional)

Instructions:

  • Place quinoa in fine-mesh strainer; rinse well under cold running water.
  • Remove to Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker. Add raisins, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
  • Stir in water. Secure lid. Press MANUAL PRESSURE, set pressure to HIGH and time to 2 minutes.
  • Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
  • Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes.
  • Release remaining pressure. Stir well. Scoop quinoa into bowls; top with raspberries, bananas and milk, if desired.
