Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, plus additional for serving
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk, plus additional for serving
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Handful of blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries for serving
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine oats, quinoa, 1/4 cup cranberries, raisins, flax seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a heat-safe bowl that fits inside your Crockpot® Slow Cooker. Stir in 2 1/2 cups almond milk.
- Place bowl in slow cooker; pour enough water to come halfway up the side of the bowl.
- Cover; cook on LOW for 8 hours. Carefully remove bowl from your slow cooker. Stir in additional almond milk, if desired. Top each serving with maple syrup, almonds, berries, and additional cranberries, if desired.
