Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dried apricots, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 2 x Brie cheese (approx 200 grams each) cut into cubes
  • Crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping

Instructions:

  • Combine dried apricots, ⅓ cup apricot preserves, and apple juice in Crockpot® slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH 15 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese. Return cover and continue cooking on HIGH for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon apricot preserves and turn slow cooker to LOW until ready to serve.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or vegetables.
