Chicken Noodles with Curry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 600g Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 3tbsp Mild Curry Powder
  • 400ml Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 100g Mango Chutney
  • 250g Dry Egg Noodles
  • 300g Green Beans
  • 200ml Chicken Stock

Instructions:

  • Put all of the ingredients (apart from the noodles, green beans and chicken stock) into the Crock-Pot and cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for 5.5 hours.
  • Add in the noodles, green beans and chicken stock. Give everything a good stir and cook on high for 30 minutes.
