Chicken Noodles with Curry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 600g Chicken Thighs
- 1 Onion
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 2tsp Fresh Ginger
- 3tbsp Mild Curry Powder
- 400ml Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 100g Mango Chutney
- 250g Dry Egg Noodles
- 300g Green Beans
- 200ml Chicken Stock
Instructions:
- Put all of the ingredients (apart from the noodles, green beans and chicken stock) into the Crock-Pot and cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for 5.5 hours.
- Add in the noodles, green beans and chicken stock. Give everything a good stir and cook on high for 30 minutes.
