Sweet Potato Gratin

Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 medium white potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup vegetable broth
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Sliced green onion (optional)
Instructions:
- Layer potatoes alternately in single layer in bottom of Crockpot™ slow cooker. Season with salt, ginger, nutmeg and pepper; pour in broth.
- Cover; cook on HIGH 3 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir cream into flour in small bowl until blended.
- Add 3 tablespoons cooking liquid to cream mixture; stir to blend.
- Add cream mixture to slow cooker. Top with cheese. Cover; cook on HIGH 15 minutes.
- Uncover; cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Garnish with green onion.
