Ingredients:

  • Leftover beef brisket
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef stock
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 1 small onion, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • Pickles, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl combine the BBQ sauce, beef stock and leftover beef brisket.
  • Cook this in your Crockpot™ slow-cooker on LOW for 30 minutes.
  • Assemble your buns with additional BBQ sauce, sliced onions, and sliced pickles. Serve warm.
