Cashew Chicken Bites

Our take on the takeout classic, this one-step chicken recipe is as easy (and flavorful) as slow cooking gets.

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew nuts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Hot cooked rice

Instructions:

  • Combine chicken, cashews, mushrooms, celery, soup, green onions, and soy sauce in your Crockpot® Slow Cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy.
