Ingredients:
- 700 grams pork tenderloin
- 9g brown sugar or sweetener
- 5g chili powder
- 5g smoked paprika
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250ml Chicken broth
- 250ml BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Rub the spices into the pork.
- Pour the chicken broth into the Crockpot™.
- Place the tenderloin over the broth.
- Cook for 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.
- Open the pot and shred the meat using 2 forks.
- Pour in the BBQ sauce and stir.
- Serve the pulled pork on rolls or buns.
