Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups uncooked quinoa
- ¾ cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups water
- Fresh raspberries and banana slices
- Milk (optional)
Instructions:
- Place quinoa in fine-mesh strainer; rinse well under cold running water.
- Remove to Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker. Add raisins, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
- Stir in water. Secure lid. Press MANUAL PRESSURE, set pressure to HIGH and time to 2 minutes.
- Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
- Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes.
- Release remaining pressure. Stir well. Scoop quinoa into bowls; top with raspberries, bananas and milk, if desired.
